Box Elder taking first step in bringing in new industry
If a town or city wants to accomplish economic development, they need the infrastructure to support it.
Construction has begun on a new transload facility in Box Elder that will serve as a connector between truck and rail transport.
Sitting on DM&E Railroad tracks a few miles east of Interstate Exit 67, the facility is being designed to serve as a hub for the businesses that will go into the proposed business park in the area.
