GSE Systems Announces Planned Relocation of Its Corporate Headquarters to Support Future Growth

GSE Systems, Inc., a leading global provider of real-time simulation and training solutions to the power, process, manufacturing and Government sectors, announced that the Company is planning a July, 2008 relocation of its corporate headquarters to a facility in Eldersburg, Maryland, which is located approximately 15 miles from its current Baltimore, Maryland facility. Based largely on the Company’s current growth expectations, the decision was made to relocate to a bigger facility upon the expiration of the Company’s current Baltimore lease. The Company will have 25% more space in the new facility, yet will incur savings of over $1.0 million during the ten year lease period as compared to its current facility costs.
