Railyard to Bring 500 Jobs to Pecos

A new railyard and industrial park are coming to Pecos and the project is expected to be a great boon for the local economy.

The project is expected to create between 500 and 1000 jobs in the area and possibly as many as 1000 in total. Robert Tobias and the City of Pecos are very excited about those jobs. He runs the Pecos Economic Development Corporation, which is planning for the arrival of a new TexSand plant, railyard and accompanying industrial park. Tobias thinks Pecos is the perfect location.
