Easton, PA – The Walker Companies, an Atlanta-based industrial real estate services firm, represented Henningsen Cold Storage Co. in the acquisition of a 31-acre, rail-served site in the Forks Business Center in Forks Township (Easton), Pennsylvania from J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. Walker represented Henningsen in the real estate transaction and also advised the Oregonbased firm on location analysis, site selection, operating cost studies and incentive negotiations. Henningsen, a leader in providing refrigerated warehousing space and services, plans to construct a new 466,000 square foot cold storage facility in the industrial park.
