Improving, an IT services firm offering training, consulting, recruiting and project services, announced the expansion of its current facility in Columbus. The company will invest $170,000, expanding its existing facility and adding 30 IT jobs to accommodate its growth.

Dallas-based Improving is a complete IT services firm committed to remaining tech-flexible, while still providing the highest degree of expertise to its clients. The company has had a presence in the Columbus Region since 2011 when it acquired Circleville-based IT consultant The Sophic Group Inc.
Improving’s $170,000 investment in Columbus will cover building costs, IT costs, and training. Hiring will begin immediately for the 30 new jobs, which will pay an average annual salary of $90,000.
