Kyle Syers

Kyle Syers is a consultant at Biggins Lacy Shapiro & Co.  He has experience working with local governments in various capacities with specializations and interests in financial analysis and economic development. He holds a Master of Public Affairs with concentrations in Public Financial Administration and Public Policy Analysis from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
