In his eighth year as Governor of Mississippi, Haley Barbour maintains his focus on making Mississippi a better place to live, work and do business. Gov. Since he was first elected in 2003, world-class corporations such as Toyota, Severstal, EADS North America, PACCAR and GE Aviation have located facilities in the state, providing thousands of high-quality jobs for Mississippians.
