Josh James is the senior manager of Research and Industry Analysis at AeA. Based in the association’s Washington, DC office, Josh co-authors the organization’s annual flagship publication, *Cyberstates*, and related cyber publications. Josh co-authored AeA’s groundbreaking 2005 report, *Losing the Competitive Advantage?*,and its update in 2007. In AeA’s ongoing *Competitiveness Series*, Josh has analyzed such issues as high-tech trade patterns, Radio Frequency Identification, eHealth, network neutrality and the rise of China.
