As advanced manufacturing becomes more high-tech, site selection needs to change. The biotech industry has an acute need for well educated workers and clean manufacturing environments to support its complex processes. At the same time, industries are wrestling with how best to apply artificial intelligence (AI) to save time and costs but keep the human touch.
