Genzyme Corp. is pouring $40 million into the renovation and expansion of a vacant warehouse at 11 Forbes Road, the company’s vice president of facility operations told selectmen last night.
Henry Fitzgerald said the project is expected to take about a year. The building will open with 165 employees.
