Insolroll Window Shading Systems announced the expansion of its Louisville, Colorado campus with the openings of a new manufacturing facility dedicated to the production of Oasis® Patio Shades and Retractable Insect Screens. This new building becomes the third at Insolroll headquarters, and adds over 15,000 square feet of manufacturing space, as well as corporate offices and expanded research and development facilities.
Insolroll's multi-million dollar expansion investment is part of a plan to double production capacity, and bring innovative product solutions to market faster. Dedicating the new facility to exterior shade manufacturing will allow Insolroll to increase production efficiency and capacity for its interior Insolroll® Solar Shade and Insolroll Elements® product lines. Locally, Insolroll will be adding 25-30 new jobs.
The new Oasis Patio Shade production facility will feature the latest shade manufacturing equipment and order processing technology. Research and development efforts will spur several Oasis product line enhancements, including new patio enclosure shades with clear windows. Additionally, a new compact hardware system is set to debut in Spring 2018, which will enhance Insolroll's entry level patio shading products.
