The highlight of the event was the revelation of BLG Logistics' expansive 212,000 square foot facility, equipped with a fully climate-controlled shop floor, canteen kiosk and security systems providing an optimal working environment for its dedicated team of professionals. The facility also boasts extensive professional office space, highlighting BLG's commitment to creating a dynamic and collaborative workspace.

A key feature of the facility is its active Foreign Trade Zone, enabling BLG Logistics to provide a range of international logistics services, further reinforcing the company's global reach and capabilities. The facility is illuminated by energy-efficient LED lighting, contributing to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Also in the facility is a powerful 10-ton overhead crane, with capacity to handle heavy loads such as press tools and dies, bulk steel and other equipment with precision and efficiency. This crane, coupled with smaller lift assists, reflects BLG's dedication to providing automation solutions to its clients.

BLG Logistics takes pride in its German-born processes optimized in the USA by a dedicated team of local professionals. The facility seamlessly manages cross-docking, pallet in/out, sequencing, kitting, repacking, re-flashing, and subassembly, all facilitated through BLG's custom Warehouse Management System (WMS), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and optimized processes.
