Construction is under way on a $96 million, 937,000-square-foot distribution center for packaging giant Uline in Naples, Fla. The project includes a single-story office complex on the southeast end of the warehouse building and is expected to be completed by early 2023.
The complex is expected to bring 190 warehouse jobs and 30 office jobs to Collier County.
The Uline distribution center will be located right next to the new and developing Paradise Sports Complex. According to project documents, the county and Uline are working together to make the area into an almost campus-like environment, with additional parking and better lake access.
With over 8,000 North American employees, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin-based Uline has distribution centers in Chicago, Minneapolis, Allentown, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Dallas, and Seattle, as well as Mexico and Canada. The firm is one of North America's leading distributors of shipping, packaging and industrial supplies.
