MMY Consulting, Inc. a provider of information technology consulting services announced today that it will expand its operations here, creating up to 60 new jobs by 2015.

The company, which provides IT consulting services and Google Apps implementation services and support to health care providers and the private sector, plans to invest more than $700,000 to lease and equip 5,000 square feet of office space at Keystone at the Crossing on Indianapolis' northeast side.

"We have worked hard to make Indiana a competitive destination for good-paying and high-skill job providers," said Governor Mitch Daniels. "We're confident that MMY will look back on its decision to grow here as the best choice it could make."

MMY, which currently employs more than 60 associates in Indianapolis, plans to begin hiring new consultants and sales professionals immediately as facility and equipment upgrades are completed at the new office. Interested candidates should apply at www.mmyconsulting.com.

"The growth we are experiencing is the result of executing on a solid business strategy in a state that encourages and supports business growth in meaningful ways. Because of these two things we have been able to attract and retain world class consultants and ultimately provide our clients a viable alternative to the big 4 right here in Indiana," said Bill Monachino, president of MMY Consulting

Founded in 2003, MMY is the only enterprise level partner for the Google Apps and Postini headquartered in Indiana. The company provides consulting services for mid-size and large corporations in the government, health care and private sectors.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered MMY Consulting Inc. up to $1 million in performance-based tax credits based on the company's job-creation plans. The city of Indianapolis will consider additional property tax abatement at the request of Develop Indy.

"Small and growing businesses, such as MMY Consulting, are vital to our local economy. Anytime we can assist a small business with its growth and expansion plans in Indianapolis, we are happy to do so," said Mayor Greg Ballard. "We are thrilled they will be adding another 60 good-paying jobs and look forward to a continued partnership with them as they expand their presence in Indianapolis."

MMY Consulting's announced expansion comes just more than a month after automotive auction service provider KAR Auction Services announced that it would invest several million dollars to lease and equip additional space at its headquarters in nearby Carmel, creating up to 249 new jobs by 2015.
