UT: New Al’s Sporting Goods Retail Store, the Fourth in St. George, Set to Open in Spring 2023

Al’s Sporting Goods, a full-line specialty sporting goods retailer, announced the location of its fourth store at the Red Cliffs Mall in St. George, Utah. Al’s Sporting Goods will be moving into the former 70,000 square foot Sears building located at the Red Cliffs Mall, with an anticipated opening date of Spring 2023.

“We have been looking for the golden opportunity in southern Utah, and we found it,” says Kris Larsen, CEO of Al’s Sporting Goods and third-generation family member. “We have many friends and longtime customers from southern Utah. When this opportunity arose, we jumped on it quickly.”

For over a century, the family-owned and operated sporting goods retailer has been a mainstay in Logan, Utah. Offering gear for “Every Sport. Every Season.”, as well as an expansive collection of clothing and footwear by top brands that include The North Face, Under Armour, Patagonia, Columbia, Rossignol, Browning, Trek, Vortex, Simms, Black Diamond, Burton, Trek, Salomon, Easton, and Osprey.

Two years ago, Al’s Sporting Goods opened its third location in Idaho Falls, and is thrilled to be opening its fourth store.
