TX: Account Control Technology (ACT) to Expand to Dallas, Hiring 300

Account Control Technology, Inc. (ACT), a national leader in delivering debt management and recovery solutions, is pleased to announce it is expanding its operations with an office in Dallas. The facility, which can accommodate up to 300 collection specialists, is ACT’s second call center in Texas and its fifth office nationwide.

“ACT is pleased to expand in order to serve our growing list of clients while maintaining our high service level,” said Nabil Kabbani, CEO of ACT. “This latest investment in Texas provides additional job opportunities and support for the local community.”

ACT selected Dallas for its latest office due to the area’s expansive, qualified workforce as well as the company’s positive experience conducting business in Texas. ACT will continue to maintain its existing, highly successful call center in San Angelo, which is in west Texas.

Located at 11830 Webb Chapel Road in the North Dallas area, ACT’s new office encompasses approximately 30,000 square feet.

The company is now aggressively recruiting and hiring up to 300 full-time employees from the surrounding communities to staff the facility. Training for new employees is now underway, and the office is slated for a grand opening within the next few months.
