Raytheon Receives $27M Contract - Patriot Air & Missile Defense System

Raytheon Co. has received a $27 million contract for engineering services for the Patriot Air and Missile Defense System. Located in Waltham, Raytheon will provide these services to the U.S. Army and 11 foreign militaries using the Patriot system. In 2008, Raytheon generated sales of $23.2 billion in supplying weapons systems and services to the U.S. and foreign militaries.
