Jamie Thomas, chairman, CEO and president of Max Flight Advantages, LLC (MaxFlight) has announced the relocation of its headquarters and major maintenance facilities from Dayton, Ohio to the Waco area. MaxFlight provides multiple aviation services to selected clients.

Concentrating principally on turbine aircraft, MaxFlight aviation services include:

  • Private, secure, safe, confidential, efficient and cost-effective air travel
  • Aircraft acquisition and sales
  • Fleet management
  • Airframe, engine, and avionics maintenance
  • Parts sales and distribution
  • Aviation asset acquisition and development

MaxFlight, founded in 2006, has a successful history of providing its clients with concierge type services, personalized aircraft scheduling, utmost safe operations using fully qualified and certified flight crews, secure and confidential transactions, hassle-free private air transportation, and effective and high yield asset management.

Employment is currently 40 with expansion to reach 80 employees over the next three years. MaxFlight will conduct its operations at TSTC Airport with a 25,000-square-foot facility absorption and at McGregor Executive Airport with the construction of two 25,000-square-foot facilities to begin within the next year and future expansion plans.
