FlexJobs Releases 2025 Remote Part-Time Jobs Report

Aug 25, 2025
Education, medical and health, project management named most promising career fields for part-time, fully remote jobs.

In a FlexJobs® survey, more than half (61%) of respondents said they have worked a side job to supplement their primary income. To help workers better assess the current side job market, FlexJobs has released the 2025 Remote Part-Time Jobs Report.

FlexJobs compiled the report by analyzing more than 60 job categories in its database between January 1 and July 31, 2025, and determining the leading career categories, job titles, and companies offering the most fully remote, part-time job opportunities.

FlexJobs defines a remote, part-time job as any role under 30 to 35 hours per week that provides flexibility with where the employee works. While most part-time job listings include a range of hours needed for the role, the schedule can vary depending on worker preference and employer needs.
