Governor Rick Scott announced that Fay Servicing will open its Southeastern regional headquarters in Hillsborough County. The Chicago, Illinois-based company will create up to 100 new Florida jobs and invest $1,020,000 in the community.
Governor Scott said, “I am proud to announce Fay Servicing has chosen Florida as the best location for their Southeastern regional headquarters, which will create 100 new jobs for families in Tampa Bay. This great news shows that Florida’s talented workforce, business-friendly environment, and incredible weather are encouraging more and more job creators to invest in our state. We will continue to do everything we can to help Florida outcompete other states for job wins so we can create more opportunities for our families.”
Fay Servicing is a diversified mortgage services firm that employs over 500 individuals nationwide. The new positions will pay an average annual wage of $55,130 and include mortgage loan servicing, REO property management, loan boarding, bankruptcy management and other roles.

Fay Servicing is leasing about 16,000 square feet at 8001 Woodland Center Boulevard, Suite 100 in Tampa.
