TN: U.S. Solutions Group Investing $117M to Expand, Hire 128 in Bristol

Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam and Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bill Hagerty announced that U.S. Solutions Group, Inc., a Teleperformance company, will expand its operations at 2536 West State Street in Bristol, Tenn. The expansion includes a $117,000 investment and the creation of 128 new jobs.

“I want to thank U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. for their continued investment and the new jobs they will create for Tennesseans,” Haslam said. “U.S. Solutions Group is expanding less than a year after locating to Sullivan County, and today’s announcement helps us in our goal toward becoming the No. 1 location in the Southeast for high quality jobs.”

“When existing companies choose to reinvest and expand in Tennessee, it reinforces Tennessee’s strengths in comparison to other states in the Southeast and reflects highly on our business-friendly environment, low tax rates and high quality workforce,” Hagerty said. “I congratulate U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. on their success and look forward to their continued presence in Tennessee.”

In October 2012, U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. opened its first call center in Tennessee, investing $4.1 million and creating 548 jobs. Due to the growth of its client base and higher than expected call volumes, U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. will hire 120 new employees over the next two months.

“It has been such an exciting time for our company since we joined Teleperformance in 2010.  We have not only moved to a new site and new location in Bristol, Tenn. but are now in a position to continue to grow and create jobs for the community,” U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. Director of Operations Sean Cook said. “Over the next two months we will be hiring over 120 employees to meet our clients’ increased volume and are looking forward to additional growth through the end of the year as we hit the peak season for our clients.”
