Mortgage loan processing company ServiceLink is set to expand operations to Overland Park and will bring 130 jobs with it and make a $2.85 million capital investment.
The company, based in Coraopolis, Pa., near Pittsburgh, will lease 30,000-square-feet of space at 4400 College Blvd. ServiceLink is a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial.
“I’m glad that Kansas can provide the best business environment for ServiceLink,” said Kansas Commerce Secretary Pat George. “This is a great win for Overland Park and the state, and I look forward to ServiceLink’s future success and growth.”
ServiceLink also has a presence in Olathe, and that operation will remain. The company is the national lender platform for Fidelity National Financial and provides a full suite of origination and default related products and services to leading national and regional mortgage originators and servicers.
