The center expects to bring nearly 600 jobs to North Texas. “2014 will be a transformative year for the community association management industry, and we are laying the cornerstone for our future here in Richardson.” said Carona at the ceremony. “As of today we have brought more than 200 jobs to Dallas, with 400 scheduled by year and an ultimate capacity of 600 new employees.” The facility will provide centralized accounting services to Associa’s North American portfolio of community associations. It will deploy state-of-the-art technology to provide clients with more convenient, efficient and transparent accounting services. “Richardson and Associa share many of the same goals and vision, and we both know that building a sense of community is the basis for creating opportunities for success,” Richardson Mayor Laura Maczka said. “We don’t think Associa could have found a better fit than Richardson, and we are so pleased to welcome such an innovative company to our community and to our Telecom Corridor area.” “This facility will allow us to provide state of the art back office support for our clients” noted Carona, “and will allow our local managers to focus on providing the best lifestyle and management services for our communities worldwide.” Building successful communities for more than 30 years, Associa is North America’s largest community association management firm and serves its clients with local knowledge, national resources and comprehensive expertise.
