CN: AAPA Annual Convention & Expo to be Oct. 6-8 in Quebec City

Sep 15, 2025

The American Association of Port Authorities' Annual Convention & Expo—"Seas the Opportunity"—will be Oct. 6-8 in Quebec, Canada. Tariffs, inflation, and shifting trade flows are straining margins, causing operational pressure, and creating volatility and uncertainty. Now, more than ever, we must come together to navigate these changes.

At the October convention, join timely conversations on supply chain shifts, federal funding, and what lies ahead. With leaders from 90 ports and nearly 1,000 maritime executives and professionals in attendance, this is the place to connect, influence, and prepare for what’s next.

Nearly 40 port executives from across the Americas will share practical strategies, joined by Ambassador Katherine Tai, former U.S. Trade Representative, on Keeping Up with Evolving Trade Policy, and Federal Maritime Commissioner Max Vekich on Modernizing Port Infrastructure for Resilience and Redundancy.
