CO: Remote-Learner to Relocate to New Corporate HQ in Denver

Feb 02, 2016

Remote-Learner, a leader in providing eLearning solutions to the corporate, education and government markets, announced it will relocate its corporate headquarters. The company, previously based in Waynesboro, VA, has selected Denver, CO, for its new base of operations and expects to finalize lease negotiations and open its new downtown offices in February.

"With our longstanding connection to the Denver business community, it felt natural to explore the Colorado market when considering moving our headquarters," said Ron Olsen, Remote-Learner's CEO. "Working with the great teams at Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade, Denver's Office of Economic Development and the Downtown Denver Partnership has made the decision to relocate an easy one for us."

"We are thrilled to welcome Remote-Learner to Colorado, and we know that they will find great success in our business-friendly state," said Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper. "Remote-Learner will be another great education partner, and we look forward to watching the company grow and thrive."

Remote-Learner hosted a company-wide employee event in Denver and was honored to have Paul Washington, executive director of the Denver Office of Economic Development, speak at its 2016 kick-off.

"We're proud to welcome Remote-Learner as one of the latest tech solutions firms to call Denver home," Washington said. "This headquarters decision underscores our position as a leading hub for innovation. We know that Remote-Learner will find Denver to be a welcoming environment among so many thriving, growing tech-driven firms."

"We are thrilled Remote-Learner chose Downtown Denver as its headquarters and ideal location to continue to grow their business," said Tami Door, president and CEO of the Downtown Denver Partnership. "Remote-Learner is a valuable addition to the center city's strong culture of innovation as well as its expanding technology sector, and its presence helps put the Downtown business community at the forefront of the advancement of how individuals and businesses around the country access education and training."

"We are excited to increase our involvement with the Colorado business community, and we appreciate the warm welcome," said Olsen. Remote-Learner already partners with a wide variety of Colorado-based companies and offices, including Spire Digital, CBiz, Alexius, CourtSide Consulting, TriNet, Techlink Solutions, INSIGHT, and others. "Moving to a central location in the U.S. both increases opportunities for collaboration within the growing technology market in the Front Range and provides the company with greater access to our clients throughout North America."
