The $20 million, 20,000-square-foot plant converts post-consumer bottles into food packaging material.  The facility will employ 30 workers initially. PWP will ship recycled bottles from its Davisville plant to its 120,000-square- foot building in Mineral Wells where it produces plastic packaging for the food industry.
