The Whitehouse Road site is in Jasper, Alabama and owned by the Jasper Industrial Development Board, which is supported by the City of Jasper, including local community plans. The industrial use of this site will support the local economy and community with job access.  This Alabama Advantage site and is a heavy industrial zoned, 94-acre site with a 50-acre pad.  All site assessments were completed at the end of 2023.

The site is in a prime location within the Birmingham MSA, just 38 miles from the city center.  This strategic geographic positioning provides convenient access to major economic development projects-in the automotive, metals, aerospace and biosciences sectors. Jasper has a 172,000-person labor force within a 45-minute drive time. The site boasts proximity to the interstate (3 miles) and a 4-lane road (2 miles), enhancing logistical advantages. Jasper is the regional hub for retail, drawing significantly more sales than similarly sized communities, further supporting this site’s attractiveness.
