Associated Materials Innovations (AMI) has completed a major expansion of its Yuma, Arizona facility—adding 100,000 sq. ft. of production space and installing four high-speed automated insulating-glass lines. The facility brings a $30+M capital investment and 150 new FTE jobs.
With Yuma designated as the company’s western “factory of the future,” this investment showcases the region’s ability to support automation, high-throughput production, and long-term scalability for advanced manufacturers.
For site selectors and manufacturing leaders, AMI’s move reinforces why Southwest Arizona is gaining attention: strong logistics access, expansion-ready industrial space, and a skilled workforce experienced in automation and precision manufacturing.
As Yuma’s manufacturing ecosystem accelerates, AMI’s expansion sends a clear signal—the region is ready for the next wave of high-capacity, advanced production.
