Molecular Processing, LLC is locating its new manufacturing operations in Hot Springs, Arkansas with plans to create more than 50 new jobs over five years.

Molecular Processing, LLC has acquired the ORG Chem Group chemical distillation facility in Hot Springs. The company plans to modernize the facility with an estimated $1.5-2 million investment to upgrade the plant’s operations, quality control testing instruments, and safety systems.

As part of its long-term objectives, Molecular Processing, LLC will be making a significant capital investment to expand on the existing facility. The company plans to add a 50,000-75,000-square foot expansion.

In total, Molecular Processing, LLC plans to invest approximately $9.1 million in its Hot Springs operations.

“This acquisition marks an important milestone for our group’s operations,” said Dr. Shalesh Gupta, manager of Molecular Processing, LLC. “By establishing Molecular Processing, LLC in Hot Springs, we are not only safeguarding jobs in Garland County but also positioning this facility as a critical part of our integrated manufacturing network.”

Dr. Gupta added: “Molecular Processing, LLC will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our existing and future business network. With the backing of over 1 million square feet of vertically integrated manufacturing capacity across the U.S. at ten locations, we are committed to making this facility a long-term success story for Arkansas—especially Hot Springs and the surrounding region.”

“Arkansas is proving what happens when you cut red tape, invest in workforce training, and let businesses lead,” said Governor Sanders. “Molecular Processing, LLC’s decision to expand in Hot Springs shows the results – a company choosing to modernize, grow, and hire right here in the Natural State. Their investment and commitment reflect the momentum we’re building to make Arkansas a hub for manufacturing and innovation.”

“We welcome Molecular Processing, LLC to Arkansas as the company makes a major investment in Hot Springs with its new manufacturing operations,” said Clint O’Neal, executive director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. “Companies like Molecular Processing, LLC are attracted to Arkansas because our state has the workforce, real estate, and supportive business environment they need for success. Communities like Hot Springs play a vital role in helping companies thrive, and we congratulate the community and its leadership on this economic development win.”

“We are thrilled to welcome this major investment to Garland County,” said Garland County Judge Darryl Mahoney. “Molecular Processing’s acquisition of ORG Chemical Group and their commitment to create 50 new jobs over the next five years, backed by a $1.5 to 2 million upgrade of the facility, demonstrates strong confidence in our community and in the talented workforce we have here. This is a win not only for their business but for our region’s economic future, and we look forward to supporting their growth every step of the way.”

“It’s been a pleasure to work with Molecular Processing on this acquisition and expansion project,” said Gary Troutman, President and CEO of the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce and Hot Springs Metro Partnership. “Their investment will position this facility for a strong future, bringing new jobs and opportunities to our community.”
