Love’s Travel Stops is expanding its network with the addition of a new travel stop in Brighton, Colorado. Located off Highway 85, the Brighton travel stop provides amenities for professional drivers, RVers and four-wheel customers traveling on Highway 85. The Brighton location, just northeast of Denver, provides a stop between Love’s existing Berthoud and Hudson locations and the state’s capital and creates about 90 new jobs.
Professional drivers will find 89 truck parking spaces, five diesel bays and eight showers designed to maximize comfort and efficiency on the road. Guests will also have access to a range of amenities that make each stop more convenient, including a dog park, spacious, clean restrooms and dining options. This store includes a Love’s Fresh Kitchen concept with fresh food items such as sandwiches, salads and fruit prepared daily, Carl’s Jr. and Subway. Love’s is one of the largest food service operators in the country.
In honor of the grand opening, Love’s will donate $5,000 to the Brighton Police Department and $5,000 to the Children’s Hospital Colorado. In addition, Love’s district managers work with eligible nonprofits in their area to make donations through community grants on an annual basis.
Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Love's has nearly 40,000 employees in North America and Europe. The company's core business is travel stops and convenience stores with 664 locations in 42 states.
