Nov 25, 2025

AdvanceCT announced that GeBBS Healthcare Solutions and its subsidiary, CPa Medical Billing, a leading provider of outsourced medical billing services, will expand its operations in Connecticut. The firm recently relocated its headquarters from Los Angeles, California, to East Haven, Connecticut, and plans to create 150 new jobs in the state over the next seven years.

"I am excited that GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is establishing a stronger presence in Connecticut by expanding its operations in East Haven," said Governor Ned Lamont. "This expansion demonstrates the strength of our workforce, the attractiveness of our business climate, and the state’s rising reputation as a leader in healthcare services. We are proud to support companies like GeBBS Healthcare Solutions as they invest, grow, and create opportunities for our residents."

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions and its subsidiary, CPa Medical Billing, deliver support to healthcare providers seeking to outsource their billing operations. By taking on the complex, time-intensive administrative work of medical billing, the organizations enable providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Leveraging deep industry expertise, GeBBS helps clients streamline processes, enhance operational performance, and strengthen financial results.

"Connecticut has long been a hub for healthcare innovation and talent, making it an ideal location for our continued growth,” said Milind Godbole, CEO & Managing Director of GeBBS Healthcare Solutions. “Expanding GeBBS’ footprint here allows us to better serve our clients, attract exceptional professionals, and contribute to the state’s thriving healthcare ecosystem. We are committed to investing in the people and communities of Connecticut as we help providers across the United States enhance efficiency, optimize revenue, and embrace the next generation of technology-enabled healthcare solutions.”

The Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) is supporting the company’s workforce expansion by providing up to $939,994 in JobsCT tax rebates, contingent upon the firm creating and retaining 150 new full-time jobs over seven years.

“DECD has various tools available to support job growth and assist companies like GeBBS Healthcare Solutions in achieving their business goals,” said Daniel O’Keefe, Commissioner of Economic Development for Connecticut. “JobsCT, which incentivizes firms for expanding their workforce, is another example of how we are strengthening our economy and developing new partnerships with a wide array of companies that are committed to investing in Connecticut.”

“GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is just one of several administrative support centers Connecticut has been able to attract over the past several years and we are delighted that GeBBS has decided to relocate its headquarters to our state,” added John Bourdeaux, President & CEO of AdvanceCT. “We anticipate more growth and consolidations in this industry, and Connecticut is well placed for these types of operations, in the back office, accounting, and administrative support services space.”
