Aptia Group, a U.S. employee benefits administrator and global pensions, health and insurance provider, chose the Orlando Region for its new office, marking a continued investment in U.S. growth and client service.

Aptia’s U.S. business is experiencing strong growth, particularly in benefits administration for mid-market employers. To support this momentum, the company added the Lake Mary office in Seminole County to its existing locations in Urbandale, Iowa and Boston, Mass. The new site will serve as a hub for U.S. hiring efforts, bringing approximately 60 new jobs to the region, and enhancing Aptia’s ability to deliver innovative solutions to clients nationwide.

“Expanding in the Orlando region is a natural next step in Aptia’s U.S. growth. Central Florida’s talent, innovation, and sense of community align perfectly with our values and vision for the future,” said Jeff Williams, CEO, Aptia Group.

“Our new Lake Mary office strengthens our ability to serve clients nationwide while creating new opportunities for talented professionals to grow their careers with Aptia.”

The Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP) assisted Aptia Group by providing a regional overview, coordinating a site tour with workforce, education, and business introductions, and will continue to support the company through its ramp-up and ongoing operations.

Regional partners worked together to help make the company’s expansion a success including AppleOne Employment Services, Valencia College, Seminole State College, University of Central Florida, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Universal Orlando.

“Their investment brings quality jobs, global expertise, and a commitment to community that reflects the very best of our region. Aptia’s presence further strengthens Lake Mary’s reputation as a hub for innovation and opportunity,” said City of Lake Mary Mayor David Mealor.

Tim Giuliani, president and CEO of the OEP said, “Aptia’s decision to expand in the Orlando region underscores the strength of our talent pipeline and business environment. As companies continue to invest here, they’re not only creating jobs—they’re joining a collaborative community that’s building Orlando’s next economy.”
