Quebec-based custom apparel company Printeez has leased a 34,020-square-foot space at the Gates Creek Corporate Center in Lakewood Ranch, Fla., that will serve as the company's U.S. headquarters and serve as a production and warehouse facility. The company did not disclose how many employees it may hire.
Printeez, makes print-on-demand and embroidered clothing, chose the location, in part, because of its infrastructure and the area’s growing workforce, said CEO Shawn Sckoropad, calling it “an ideal base for distributing our products efficiently across the United States.”
“This location will allow us to control our entire supply chain natively and provide much faster, seamless service to our American clients,” he continued. Plans call for the facility to include office and warehouse space. The company aims to move in this summer.
In addition to the expansion to Lakewood Ranch, Printeez is currently building out a 41,000-square-foot production and warehouse facility in Quebec.
