SunDance, the Orlando-headquartered leader in commercial printing, packaging, and mailing solutions in the Southeastern U.S., announced an expansion of its Orlando manufacturing footprint with a new 15,000-square-foot production facility, creating 31 jobs in the last 12 months with continued investment in new equipment and technology.
“Adding this new production facility enables us to structure our operations and services more strategically,” said JohnHenry Ruggieri, SunDance president. “All three buildings are within a quick walk of each other, so we essentially have three plants under one roof.”
Located at 9564 Delegates Dr in unincorporated Orange County, SunDance provides award-winning services including direct mail, fulfillment, labels, folding cartons, flexible packaging, offset and digital printing, bindery and finishing, and creative/design services. They recently won a Flexible Packaging Association (FPA) Achievement Award for Shelf Appeal and an ADDY for Direct Marketing/Direct Mail, as well as Best in Show and Best Packaging at the most recent Florida Print Awards.
SunDance, which remains a popular choice among local and national brands, including Fortune 500 companies, continues to leverage new technologies to enhance services and production efficiencies. The company has made significant equipment additions in the past six months, including new printers, a specialized inline camera system for folding cartons, and will soon take delivery of a third flexible pouching machine.
“SunDance’s continued growth is exactly the kind of homegrown success story we work to accelerate—creating quality jobs, strengthening our advanced manufacturing ecosystem, and bringing new investment to the region,” said Tim Giuliani, president and CEO of the Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP). “Projects like this support the Orlando 2045 vision by building a more innovative, resilient economy where companies can scale locally and compete globally.”
These additions and efficiencies have grown SunDance’s capacity to meet clients’ needs, which has resulted in the company hiring 31 people in the last 12 months. In 2026 that includes the skilled crew for an additional shift in the flexible packaging department.
The OEP’s Economic Development team assisted SunDance with introductions to regional community, governmental, and industry, and workforce partners, assistance with Orange County development services and requirements, information regarding talent development and local incentives, and public relations amplification.
