FL: Temenos Expands with New U.S. Innovation Hub in Downtown Orlando, With At Least 50 Jobs

Jun 27, 2025

Temenos, a global leader in banking technology, announced its new U.S. Innovation Hub will be in the heart of downtown Orlando, marking a significant investment in the region’s growing technology ecosystem and financial services sector.

Temenos has announced plans to recruit high-skilled talent for the Innovation Hub, and has already created 50 initial high-skilled tech jobs with a potential expansion in the near future deepening the region’s growing reputation as a financial services and innovation hub. Temenos will locate the Innovation Hub in the Fulcrum building, 150 N Orange Ave. in Orlando, and is expected to continue expanding over the next two years. The new facility will be home to Product and Technology teams developing cutting-edge banking solutions tailored for U.S. clients, leveraging emerging technologies such as Generative AI (GenAI).

"We welcome Temenos to downtown Orlando as a key contributor to our vision of a diversified, innovation-driven economy. Their investment brings high-wage tech jobs to our city center and it reinforces our status as a rising global destination for financial technology and innovation," said City of Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer.

In addition to this expansion, Temenos will maintain its existing office in Seminole County as home to its other business teams.

“This new Innovation Hub positions us even closer to our U.S. clients, allowing for deeper collaboration and faster innovation,” said Barb Morgan, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Temenos.

"Orlando’s access to world-class talent, business-friendly climate, and vibrant tech ecosystem made it the clear choice for our U.S. expansion," added Barb Morgan, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Temenos.

The Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP) worked closely with Temenos to support site selection, incentive navigation, and community engagement. A few months ago, Temenos celebrated the announcement of its new Innovation Hub with a special event hosted at the OEP’s downtown office, bringing together company leaders, local stakeholders, and community partners.

The location announcement reflects the growing trend of international companies choosing Orlando to anchor their North American innovation strategies.

Tim Giuliani, president and CEO of the OEP, said “Temenos’ decision to expand into downtown Orlando underscores the momentum of our region’s tech sector and the value global companies see in our collaborative ecosystem.

"With the creation of high-paying, future-forward jobs, Temenos is helping to shape Orlando’s innovation economy—and we’re proud to support their growth here," said Tim Giuliani, President and CEO, Orlando Economic Partnership

Temenos’ Orlando Innovation Hub joins a cluster of financial services and technology firms that call Central Florida home, benefitting from the area’s proximity to the University of Central Florida, one of the largest universities in the country, and access to a diverse pipeline of STEM talent.
