Floor & Decor, the leading high-growth retailer specializing in hard-surface flooring for homeowners and professionals, announced the grand opening of its newest warehouse store and design center in Schererville, Indiana. The Schererville store will open with a team of approximately 40 associates and is led by Michael Albro, the store's Chief Executive Merchant.
Floor & Decor operates more than 275 warehouse-format stores and five design studios nationwide and offers a broad assortment of in-stock hard-surface flooring, including tile, wood, laminate, vinyl, and natural stone, along with decorative accessories and wall tile, installation materials, and related categories at everyday low prices.

Schererville will be the first new store location to debut Floor & Decor’s 30-Day Grand Opening Celebration, kicking off on Thursday, June 18, 2026, with daily deals, giveaways, vendor demonstrations, and special events running through July 17, 2026.
Floor & Decor will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, June 18 at 10 a.m. CDT, in partnership with the Crossroads Chamber of Commerce. Cheesie’s food truck will be on site offering free lunch for the first 200 customers, starting at 10 a.m. In addition, starting on June 18 through June 24, 2026, all Installation Materials will be 15% off, only at the new Schererville location.
Every week throughout the 30-Day celebration for a total of five weeks, Floor & Decor will give away a $1,000 gift card. Customers can enter daily during each store visit for additional chances to win.
Supply representatives will be in store from 7 a.m. to noon throughout the celebration, providing live product demonstrations, answering questions, and sharing installation expertise.
