Impact Fab, a custom metal fabricator, plans to expand its facility in Holland Township, Mich., investing $4.6 million and creating 15 new jobs. The expansion will add about 52,000 square feet to the plant, says Lakeshore Advantage, an economic development group serving Allegan and Ottawa counties.
“We are proud to be expanding our manufacturing and warehousing operations in Holland Charter Township and look forward to keeping and increasing the number of highly paid, skilled trade jobs we offer,” Ross Haan, president of Impact Fab, said in a statement.
Impact Fab specializes in short run productions, machine build and part prototyping, reports the online publication MLive.
Holland Township recently approved a 12-year Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption, which exempt facilities from real estate and personal property taxes.
“Holland Charter Township is pleased to support the expansion and investment Impact Fab is making in their facility,” Holland Township Manager Steve Bulthuis said in a statement.
