Floor & Decor, the leading high-growth retailer specializing in hard-surface flooring for homeowners and professionals, today announced the opening of its newest warehouse store and design center in Dearborn, Michigan.
The Dearborn store opens with a team of approximately 35 full-time and 15 part-time associates and is led by Wesley Walker, the store’s Chief Executive Merchant.
Floor & Decor operates more than 260 warehouse-format stores and design studios nationwide, offering a wide assortment of in-stock hard-surface flooring, including tile, wood, laminate, vinyl, and natural stone, along with decorative accessories, wall tile, installation materials, and related categories, all at everyday low prices.

To celebrate the grand opening, Floor & Decor will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, in partnership with the Dearborn Chamber of Commerce.

The Dearborn store will also host a family-friendly Super Saturday event on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. ET. The event will feature local businesses, including, Lama’s Florist for Succulent arrangements and Dearborn Sweets offering cannolis, éclairs, tarts, Neapolitans, and cakes free for the first 200 customers. During Super Saturday, customers can participate in Floor & Decor’s Crack the Code game*, where the first 200 participants will have a chance to win $100,000 by correctly entering a five-digit code.
