NY: PXG Opens First New York-Based Retail And Fitting Store in Westchester County

Golf equipment retailer and fitter PXG opened its first New York-based retail store in New Rochelle, N.Y., in Westchester County.

The New York metro area ranks as the No. 1 golf market in the U.S. based on the number of golfers, the company says, and the area has more than 95 golf courses within a 20-mile radius of the store.

The 7,400-square-foot space offers four club fitting bays powered by TrackMan technology, a putter fitting studio and a practice putting green, reports SGB Media. The store also features PXG’s apparel and accessories and a customer lounge for viewing golf tournaments.
