OK: Division Laundry Selects Muskogee for First Oklahoma Facility, Creating 100 Jobs

Nov 14, 2025

Division Laundry, a third-generation, family-owned leader in healthcare and hospitality laundry services, has announced a substantial capital investment to establish a new facility in Muskogee. The project marks the company’s first operations in Oklahoma, which is expected to create up to 100 new jobs on one shift as production scales.

The 50,000-square-foot site, located on 10 acres, at 3300 S 24th St W in Muskogee, has been restored and modernized through Division Laundry’s investment. The company’s plans for the facility were supported by the City of Muskogee and the Muskogee City-County Port Authority, which worked collaboratively to address infrastructure and site-readiness needs.

Founded in 1939 in Texas by Peter G. Garcia, Division Laundry began with a single location inside Fort Sam Houston. Today, the company has grown into one of the Southwest’s most respected commercial laundry providers. Under the leadership of Patrick Garcia, President and CEO, the company continues its legacy of quality service, technological innovation, and strong family values.

“This expansion into Muskogee reflects both our company’s growth and our belief in the people and business climate here,” said Patrick Garcia, President and CEO of Division Laundry. “From our beginnings in a 1,200-square-foot plant at Fort Sam Houston to now serving healthcare facilities across multiple states, our goal remains the same — to deliver quality, reliability, and integrity in every load. We’re excited to be part of Muskogee’s future.”

“We are proud to welcome Division Laundry to Muskogee,” said Mayor Patrick Cale. “Their investment reflects the confidence companies have in our city’s workforce and infrastructure. This project brings quality jobs, new opportunities, and a long-term partner committed to excellence and community.”

“Division Laundry’s persistence and investment made this project possible,” said Kimbra Scott, Executive Director of the Muskogee City-County Port Authority. “The City and Port were proud to support their efforts and help facilitate communication along the way. It’s a perfect example of public and private collaboration working toward a shared goal.”

The Muskogee facility has already begun operations with 20 employees, with plans to expand to approximately 100 positions as production increases. The new location builds on Division Laundry’s strong regional footprint across Texas and now Oklahoma, serving major healthcare systems, hospitals, and hospitality clients through state-of-the-art automation and environmentally responsible practices.

Division Laundry’s commitment to environmental stewardship and efficiency has earned recognition through numerous water-conservation and industry-excellence awards. The company operates five days a week, ensuring reliable service for hospitals, hotels, and institutions across the region.

With its new Muskogee location, Division Laundry aims to grow its presence in Oklahoma, expand its healthcare service network, and contribute to the city’s continued industrial growth.
