FedDev Ontario is offering no-interest, repayable contributions ranging from $125,000 to $10 million to support innovation, productivity, and growth for businesses in Southern Ontario. This funding is designed to help businesses scale up, adopt new technologies and machinery and expand into new markets.
Eligible applicants include:
- for-profit entities located and operating in southern Ontario at the time of your application
- have a minimum of 5 full-time employees and no more than 500 FTEs
- are incorporated and registered to do business in Canada or Ontario and have been in operation for at least 3 years
Funded projects:
- Innovation: Develop, commercialize, or produce new products, processes, or services
- Productivity & Competitiveness: Adopt clean technologies, digitize operations, or improve efficiency
- Business Expansion: Launch new products, enter new markets, or integrate into supply chains
Total government assistance (including federal, provincial and municipal) for a project cannot exceed 75% of eligible non-capital costs and 50% of eligible capital costs.
