Okuma Fishing Tackle recently launched a new Canadian third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment center in Ontario, to better support the company’s growing dealer network and improve service for retailers and anglers across Canada, reports The Fishing Wire.
The company says the new fulfillment center positions inventory closer to the market, enabling faster delivery times, improved inventory availability, and lower overall costs for Okuma Canadian partners.
“Canada has always been an important market for Okuma, and we’ve seen strong growth driven by the passion of anglers and the support of our retail partners,” said Sam Brenner, VP of Sales at Okuma Fishing Tackle. “This investment allows us to better support the dealers who represent our brand by improving delivery speed, stabilizing costs, and ensuring more consistent product availability throughout the season.”
The new Canadian fulfillment center will support Okuma’s full portfolio of freshwater and saltwater rods, reels, and accessories. For dealers, the expansion means faster replenishment during peak fishing seasons and a more seamless ordering experience.
