From site plan to shovels in the ground, Brampton, Ont., is once again proving its strength as a hub for advanced manufacturing and global investment.
Panattoni Development Company, one of the world’s largest privately held real estate developers, has officially broken ground on a new 260,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit facility for Mobile Climate Control.

Our $120 million investment to consolidate three facilities into one will not only strengthen our position as a global leader in HVAC manufacturing but also create over 700 jobs right here in Brampton — the same city whose ZUM buses we proudly keep cool every day.”
This milestone project signals strong momentum in Brampton’s advanced manufacturing ecosystem and highlights the city’s role as a competitive destination for global business.

The $120 million facility is being constructed on the former Humber Nurseries site and will support over 550 jobs in skilled trades, engineering, production, and administration.
