TN: Allied Dispatch Solutions Opens 250-Seat Contact Center in Hancock Co.

Oct 28, 2019
Allied Dispatch Solutions announces the official opening of its new state of the art contact center with a 250-seat capacity in Hancock County, Tenn. The occasion was marked with a visit from Tennessee Governor Bill Lee to commemorate the completion of the State of Tennessee's Project 95. Allied was selected by the state to spearhead the project based on the company's impressive track record of success.

"Allied Dispatch Solutions continues to differentiate ourselves in the Roadside Assistance and Premier Call Center space. Having Tennessee Governor Bill Lee take a live call was a tremendous honor," said Allied's President Anthony Royer.

Known for TrxNow the Roadside Assistance industry's leading technology and connected customer experience; Allied made headlines last year for their strategic acquisitions of Dominion Automobile Association and Rapitow. The inclusion of these two brands catapulted Allied Dispatch Solutions into the international marketplace. With the addition of the new contact center, Allied remains poised to continue building momentum and solidifies our position as the fastest growing North American roadside solution.
