Scheduled to open in spring 2026, The Chop House Alcoa will feature rich wood décor and comfortable seating that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The restaurant will offer a menu of hand-cut steaks and chops, fresh seafood prepared in-house, and signature cocktails, continuing the brand's tradition of combining premium offerings with friendly service in a relaxed, upscale-casual environment.
The new Alcoa restaurant will create numerous local employment opportunities, with hiring expected to begin in early 2026. Additional details about the location and the specific opening date will be released as the project progresses.
