TN: VK Integrated Systems to Relocate to Clarksville, Employing 20-25

Aug 19, 2019
The Clarksville-Montgomery County Industrial Development Board (IDB) is pleased to announce they have received commitment from VK Integrated Systems to begin the transition of their headquarters as well as research and development operations from Fullerton, Calif. to Clarksville-Montgomery County, Tenn.

VK Integrated Systems chose Clarksville-Montgomery County as their new location for research, development and manufacturing due to not only the community’s strategic location but also the successful, decades long relationship with Fort Campbell.

“Through our partnership with the Campbell Strong Defense Alliance, we were introduced to the team from VK Integrated Systems and then began the conversation on how Clarksville-Montgomery County could better facilitate their needs,” said Frank Tate, Executive Director of the IDB. “It is part of the IDB’s long-term strategy to target tech and professional companies that are currently located in higher tax burden states and begin discussions with them on how relocating to a business-friendly state, such as Tennessee, is a win-win for everyone.”

The company’s full transition from California to Tennessee will move forward over the next 12-18 months. Top-level executives will be relocating to the area as soon as September of this year. VK Integrated Systems has secured office space in Clarksville and will begin the process of constructing a building to their specifications in the near future. The addition of VK Integrated Systems to the community reflects the creation of 25-50 high-paying jobs.
