KY: Vsimple Opens New Headquarters in Louisville, a $5.1 Million Investment Creating 194 Jobs

Dec 09, 2025

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear joined local officials and leadership from Vsimple Inc., a leading AI company that specializes in improved operational inefficiencies for mid- to large-sized companies, as the company celebrated the ribbon-cutting of its newly relocated headquarters from Southern Indiana to Louisville, a $5.1 million investment that will create 194 well-paying, Kentucky jobs.

“Companies from across the globe are seeing that Kentucky is the best place to do business. From advanced manufacturing to tech and more, our workforce is ready to deliver results and ensure success,” said Gov. Beshear. “I am proud to welcome Vsimple to their New Kentucky Home and celebrate the nearly 200 new jobs they are creating for our people. Congratulations to this company, and I look forward to years of success here in Louisville.”

To meet growing consumer demand from clients across North America, Vsimple has relocated and established a new base of operations and company headquarters in Louisville. The over-$5 million investment includes a new, modern office building that will allow Vsimple to centralize its team, accelerate recruitment of top talent, and strengthen its connection to a thriving business community. The creation of 194 well-paying jobs will further establish Louisville as a hub for high-wage tech jobs and AI innovation.

“Moving our headquarters to Louisville marks far more than a new address, it marks a new chapter in our mission,” said Vsimple founder and CEO Buddy Bockweg. “We’re building the most powerful Operational Intelligence platform for mid-market companies in the world, and we’re doing it in a city that believes in innovation, grit and community as much as we do. This headquarters is a home of bold ideas – for the people who bring them to life and for the companies we serve. Our commitment is simple: to liberate businesses from operational chaos so their people can do the work that truly drives growth, impact and connection.”

Founded in 2020 in New Albany, Indiana, Vsimple was born out of a deep understanding of the operational inefficiencies that plague mid- to large-sized businesses, particularly in manufacturing, distribution, construction and professional services. The company’s proprietary software AI platform focuses on streamlining operations, connecting people, systems, processes and data into one intelligent platform that eliminates chaos, accelerates growth, creates a competitive advantage, enhances company culture, and drives financial results.

Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg noted the benefits of a more diverse local economy: “Vsimple’s decision to bring its headquarters to Louisville is a powerful endorsement of our city’s growing role as a hub for innovation, technology and high-wage careers. Every corner of our community benefits from a more diverse, forward-looking economy, and we are building a city that attracts founders, innovators and entrepreneurs. I’m proud to welcome Buddy and his team back home to Louisville and look forward to the impact they will have.”

Louisville Economic Development Alliance (LEDA) CEO Trevor Pawl highlighted the job creation and impact of the project: “Vsimple choosing to grow in Louisville reinforces what we’re seeing across the region: Companies want to grow in places that offer talent, connectivity and momentum – and Louisville checks all those boxes. Their commitment to creating nearly 200 high-wage jobs strengthens our position as an emerging leader in AI and operational intelligence. LEDA is proud to partner with Vsimple as they scale, and we’re excited to support their continued growth in a city that believes deeply in innovation and opportunity.”
