Scott Neale

Scott Neale is a Client Advisor with Ginovus, an economic development advisory services firm that assists clients with site selection and incentives procurement. Neale began his career in economic development as a consultant on workforce development initiatives and strategic planning. A former Capitol Hill staffer and graduate of Indiana University McKinney School of Law, Neale is interested in the implementation of policies that foster job creation and capital investment across the country.
