Paul Krutko is president and CEO of Ann Arbor SPARK in Michigan where he leads the organization's efforts to expand the regional economy. He is Chair of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) based in Washington, D.C. IEDC is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to helping economic developers do their jobs more effectively and raising the profile of the profession. IEDC has over 4100 members, mostly in North America, but also in 26 countries. Paul has over 31 years of economic development expertise. Before joining Ann Arbor SPARK, he served as chief development officer in San Jose, California, and has also worked for the cities of Cleveland and Jacksonville.
