Christopher Chung

Christopher Chung is chief executive officer of the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC), which performs key economic development functions on the state’s behalf including recruiting new business and jobs. In 2017, the state posted one of its best years in over a decade in job recruitment. Under Chung’s leadership, the EDPNC and its state and local partners closed deals on 150 corporate relocation and expansion projects expected to create nearly 20,000 jobs and $4.14 billion in investment in North Carolina.
